I stopped using the vape tanks. Too powerful for my lungs. Good if your up to it tho.
I use the cigarette type. Much gentler and the menthol helps me quite a bit You can refill them although they are not designed to. It's easy tho. Lol

Hmm. Out of curiosity, I bought 'chocolate' vape liquid. The flavour is odd to say the least, there's a vague chocolatey thing going on, but with more than a suggestion of rabbit hutch sweepings and sweaty socks............Not sure we'll be bothering with this one again!

    Nicotine isn't addictive.

It is everyone's blood stream since it is in food.

What is addictive is burning nicotine with the alkaloids in tobacco.

Vape liquids for the most part do not contain the alkaloids.

This is why you cannot stop vaping when you first start. It's like it's never ending and you cannot put it down.

Some US liquids do contain the alkaloids e.g. Umbavape and Aroma WTAs. Still not the same as burning as you are only heating the nicotine and alkaloids. However, these liquids are far more effective at stopping you vaping forever. A few hits and you want to put the vape machine down.

I unfortunately do not get on with either. Tried many times, but WTA is easily the most effective at stopping you smoking.

There are some interesting vape flavours out there. I've been experimenting.

I quite like the Gooding, RY6 and Heisenberg flavours, they are unusual. At first, they come across as not necessarily pleasant, but after little a while, they become enjoyable.

They are available on ebay for a quid or two, so won't break the bank.
