Well I am smoking again but lightly and feeling much better.
I am a keen hiker, with a sister living in the Swiss alps who wouldn’t be , just a year ago I’d think nothing of hiking 25 miles in a day then suddenly in March I couldn’t walk to the local shop , I did my first walk yesterday without a problem so I’m hoping to be back in the Alps this coming winter.

+1. If it was just addiction, I would be able to vape. That would make more sense from a health and financial point of view, but I just can't be doing with them. Having said that, although I'm not a heavy smoker, If like Macca I accidentally left my cigs at home I'd have to go to the shop. So there is some addiction to it.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

T/T: Inspire Monarch, X200 tonearm, Ortofon Quintet Blue. Phono: Project Tube Box CD: Marantz CD6006 (UK Edition); Amp: Musical Fidelity A5 Integrated.
Speakers: Zu Omen Def, REL T9i subwoofer. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

    T'other system:
Echo Dot, Amptastic Mini One,Arcam A75 integrated, Celestion 5's, BK XLS-200 DF

    A/V:
LG 55" OLED, Panasonic Blu Ray, Sony a/v amp, MA Radius speakers, REL Storm sub

Forget the past, it's gone. And don't worry about the future, it doesn't exist. There is only NOW.

Andy, you're probably susceptible to wetlung if you've had pneumonia and pleurisy. A high nicotine content and a MTL would have been best for you. But not as good as not bothering at all.

I'm on my umpteenth week now, had a few rollys in the pub, but that'll always be the case.

I moved to a bigger tank, an Innokin Zenith, with the low ohm coil and the airway right open you can use it as a DTL and that's where I seem happy with 6mg sauce.

I'm all over the place on flavours, swapping every new bottle and invariably mixing and matching on every fill.

    But it's here to stay. I'm currently saving £30 a week, as I only get through 1 £5 10ml bottle a week.
Kuzma Stabi/S 12", (LP12-bastard) DC motor and optical tacho psu, Benz LP, Paradise (phonostage). MB-Pro, Brooklyn dac and psu, Bruno Putzeys balanced pre, mod86p dual mono amps, Yamaha NS1000m

Yes vaping clearly wasn’t agreeing with me , I used a wismec RX gen 3 ( very powerful) and like you fully opened vent and only 6mg , I now have no more than 10 roll ups a day and I use filters now too .
I only ever gave up in the past when I’d had enough of it ( like my body was telling me ) so when that feeling comes around again I’ll stop .
