At our hospitals they have installed an exclusion zone encompassing the entire estate of the hospital, while at the same time the cars, buses, taxis and ambulances pass in front of the main entrance pumping out fumes by the ton. The trick is to steam it for a VERY short time -don't boil, it'll just turn to slop. Then while it's still hot add some ground ginger and some previously pan-fried diced onion. Some prefer to feed the ginger and onion to the horse, to give it time to marinade in the horse's gut, but I found the results to vary quite a bit as different horses do different size shits.
The only problem is that it can be a little low on nutrients, so serving with dog vomit can restore some protein and iron.
Sorry Marco, couldn't resist! Personally I only like Savoy cabbage, and even that doesn't seem as good as it used to, a lot less green for some reason.
