It comes with a fairly hefty price tag but in all honesty is well worth every penny.

Yeah, but at least you can see where your money is going, the finish and component quality are top notch. Should be good for about 30 years without much hassle too. Think of it like a mortgage!

I’m using a Luxman Avance Z504 which is the power amp great grandad of yours Roy so I’d probably love the new version. A friend has the M700u which is basically the power amp section I think.

    Thanks guys.

Yes, the build quality is simply stunning as is the sound. The price is a little eye watering but what you get from AnthonyTD is something which will last and never miss a beat and service which is second to none.

They are not mass produced either.

Its all point to point inside using all the best components.

And your right, it is a work of art. It's a privilege to own.

Maybe that’s because you’ve got more chips inside you than the amp

Many a true word.. I am actually under orders to lose some weight but, luckily, my nurse had to cancel my most recent appointment & I don't see her again till November, gives me 6 months to comply.

    Luxman M-800a.

Better than any valve power amps I have tried.

Better than any solid state amp I have tried.

Disturbingly I reckon it is appreciably better than the runners up in either category.

That's driving Apogees, though. It's brilliant at it.
