    Yeah. Although that looks perfectly OK. If all the soldering at the terminals looks like that leave them alone.

    Well it looks like they’re knackered ( somehow) and that makes refurbishment of the JBL Aquarius uneconomical, I am truly gutted
    One consolation is that the radfords only need a tweeter .

    I just tried the other one and I placed the meter probes directly on the wires from the terminals and wiggled them and THEY WORKED....for a few seconds

    Hmm. In that case, do remake the soldered joints. Just get them hot enough to melt the solder, don't pull the wires out. Then test them again.
