Well done! As soon as you are able, replace the decidedly inferior LM301 chip with a TL071 or better, upgrade the +/- 12V supply voltage dropping resistors with 1W rated equivalents and fit a couple of decoupling capacitors as close as possible to the chip supply pins. I didn't pay any. I've not paid charges on anything from China recently, although my purchases have been under thirty quid.
You'll have to wait for it though, usually about three weeks.

For low value items no vat or duties are payable. The threshold for vat is £15 and for duties it is £135.
I've found that often HMRC don't bother with items marginally over the thresholds. YMMV
