Say i wanted to use the Kenwood A85 as pre for the Quad 405 / Linn LK85 which of the EQ Adaptor would i use in or out as this unit can be used as a pre amp but i need help as which connection to use...?

The equaliser looks like a tape loop and it's not clear it will attenuate the volume. If it did the equaliser world hardly have any bars at low volume and you wouldn't be able to see the flashing lights!

Best thing is to use the Tisbury into the CD input or whatever at a low volume then turn it up slowly to see if the amp volume is also working. Take the out from the equaliser into your power amp.
