The council are doing the 5 yearly check of the electrics tomorrow so the standby kit providing the music and I'm surprised how musical it sounds for not a lot of money its on a shoestring that's the fun

Why do you have to have a system 'on standby' whilst the electrics are being tested? Does it run on batteries?

I mean a standby system to use whilst some of the the main kit is packed away so they can get to the sockets -
