Default Wanted: Washer to fit Fidelity Research FR64FX Tonearm

    Hi,

Bit of a stretch but I'm looking for a washer to fit the mount pillar of my Fidelity Research FR64FX arm, it came without one and the arm keeps working itself slack on the armboard. The washer fits between the large nut and the underside of the armboard.

I could measure and just buy a plain old washer but I'd prefer a genuine one to match the arm.

I'm also looking for the spanner that came with the arm as that's missing from the box too.

    Thanks,

    Mike.

    Hi.

I happen to have a spare washer from FR-54. If it fits your tonearm, you can have it for the price of postage from Ireland.

    Cheers,
    Pavel

Fraid not I stupidly didn't think measure the pillar when fitting, mind you I didn't realise until after that there should have been one. I see I've been offered I've for a 54 so I'll see if that fits.

The mounting hole for an FR64 is 30mm. The FR54 is 21mm.

Having owned a couple of FR64s, it really is just a 30mm washer ... it has no special properties or markings.
