    I'm Andrew.

Default Non specific, vague or just plain lazy wanted threads.

Is it just me or are we seeing a spate of threads in the classifieds that are just people asking for bits of kit in vague terms like 'what have you got?' and 'I need a _ _ _ _'?

Beats the crap out of me why folk are so lazy.

Surely the best way is to look for yourself not get everybody else to parade their wares in front of you like it's the generation game?

    You're having a laugh right?

How much more specific can I be, I've listed 4 models I'm interested in? But seeing as how they're ain't many of those around for sale, of course I'm open to suggestions.

If that's not enough for you then tough

Oh and by the way my names no China

Edit: forgot to add a link to my wanted thread so here it is, the lazy F****R that I am

Not really the best analogy. I'd say it is a bit more like 'Sale Of The Century' where you could buy from a selection of presented items with the money you already won.

Anyway don't you ever have that feeling where you want something but you don't know what? Some say it is caused by dehydration. But it could be that it means you don't yet own enough amplifiers. Not enough research has been done in this critical area.

No true box swapper knows what they want next - it's all just a wonderful voyage of discovery.

And Mike's Wanted ad is just fine as far as I am concerned.

Exactly. Box swapping is much misunderstood by non-box swappers. I'd urge them to break their cherries by randomly buying half a dozen items of kit off of ebay and then see where it goes from there.

That's what I did until I ran out of space. On the plus side when I recently had a pal looking to set up a system from scratch I could offer him more choice than most dealers
