Is there really that little else to do in Epping of an evening?

''There's nothing on the telly lads, let's go down the old abandoned laundry and crawl into one of the dryers!''

''Yeah, great idea Wayne! I'll just get me car keys''
    Current Lash Up:

    TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > JM Labs Focal Electra 926.

    Well it is Essex.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Me neither, but apparently it is one of the best places to live (perhaps it is one of the drier parts of the UK?)

30 years ago I went to Harlow to see The Pogues live. And returned the same day. It's the furthest I've ever travelled to see a band I had no interest in.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

T/T: Inspire Monarch, X200 tonearm, Ortofon Quintet Blue. Phono: Project Tube Box CD: Marantz CD6006 (UK Edition); Amp: Musical Fidelity A5 Integrated.
Speakers: Zu Omen Def, REL T9i subwoofer. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

    T'other system:
Echo Dot, Amptastic Mini One,Arcam A75 integrated, Celestion 5's, BK XLS-200 DF

    A/V:
LG 55" OLED, Panasonic Blu Ray, Sony a/v amp, MA Radius speakers, REL Storm sub

Forget the past, it's gone. And don't worry about the future, it doesn't exist. There is only NOW.

For a friend who was a big fan and couldn't find anyone daft enough to go with him. Free ticket, and no costs other than a few beers. Actually was better than expected. What I would call a "party band", but not one I would sit at home and listen to.

Looked like he'd slept badly in his ditch, a lot of tossing and turning.
