    Sounds a bit of a wasted effort. You'd get better value by sticking the Tory Cabinet on the top floor.....and you could probably squeeze the Shadow Cabinet on there too. I'd call that a good contribution to the nation!

    Now that would be great, and no jury would ever convict the driver of anything more than littering. He could argue that he was distracted by all the bickering.
