The WRC will remain ineffective as long as they just continue to bleat about the problem. They need to get the army onside (Oi! stop your singing and get your rifles!)

Because I think what is needed is a sheep cull. Sheep are better equipped to cope with the harsh winters, what with all that wool, than the fleecically-challenged indigenous population. Resulting in their numbers increasing exponentially. It wasn't too bad when they stayed on the hills, but now they're moving into the towns.

We once got pally with a Welsh couple while holidaying in Malta, and they predicted it would become a real problem in North Wales due to the lack of proper birth control. He also said that they are taking all the best jobs, and that they are colonising huge chunks of urban Wales. These areas were proving difficult to police as the sheep all look the same, complicated further by the widespread use of counterfeit ear tags. And at the weekend these woolly ghettos have become no go areas.

My Welsh holiday buddy wasn't too bothered himself though, he was from Cardiff

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

His 'modified' nose is starting to look like a woman's vagina (or maybe two). Perhaps if he bends double he could fuck himself?
