Try YouTube. You might find a strip down video or something that leads you to the fault if you have the nerve to do it.
Or just phone up or email who you plan to return it to first. That worked with the problem I had recently.

you should clean and warm both showerhead and portafilter every use tbh. just put it into showerhead and pump half a cup through it.. it also warms the cupeverything clean and warm
