For some reason most Walkers crisps give me a stomach ache. I don't get that from other brands.
Lays and Walkers are both owned by Pepsi. The packaging is also remarkably similar, so for me they are the same company, the only difference is regional.

The product is different, however. And pretty consistently Lays like across countries. You couldn't mistake them for Walkers given the crisps alone. Lest you were undiscerning, I would say.

Sorry, I don't understand that bit...

I agree though that products made by the same manufacturer and distributed to other countries under a different name can often taste quite different, usually because they're catering for different types of customers and 'palates', For example, Orangina, in France, tastes rather better than that available in the UK, as do virtually all products sold under the 'Knor' label.

Their coffee is distinctive. I really like it but I am sure their roasting process imparts a character that runs across all their coffees. The same is true for other coffee roasters e.g. Extract and Has Bean.

Hope you like it. It certainly packs a lot of flavour. More so than most.

Justin, I salute you sir! The Wogan tip is a proper result.

For my taste preferences, the Nicaraguan is one of the best coffees I have ever tasted. Very smooth with good body like all the best South Americans but this one has a huge hit of black cherry and red fruit, almost like a Black Forest gateau.

I am super impressed with Wogan - great prices and very quick, cheap shipping. Look forward to the Santos.

Those Wogan coffees really do have depth of flavour and real complexity.

Not hard to see why they have been in business so long. There's a lot of experience behind them, obviously.

    Enjoy
