Lol - the "arse gravy" remark was of course tongue-in-cheek, but it did look a little 'cloudy', which isn't what I'm used to from that type of coffee. I certainly prefer the look of what I make at home, either in a Moka pot or cafetiere, but I'm not denying that what you had was tasty
I'm with you though on your last point, which is why the second coffee picture you showed, with the sweeties, was more my cuppa!
