Yes, I occassionally suffer from IBS, which in turn causes IBS (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) Went to doc as I thought I might have a bladder infection (constant weeing) the doc has advised me to stay off caffeine for the time being. The one thing I love is a morning coffee using my Aeropress....Grrrrrr.

Half a cup of milk microwaved + two Nespresso capsules + half a spoon of instant to garnish + a bit of sugar.
My mid morning treat, better than Costa and (slightly) cheaper. Philistine, or what?

My 'go to' coffee is still Tesco Finest whole bean Columbian Supremo. I occasionally try coffee from Has Bean, which is normally very good and promptly delivered.

It was Alex from here many moons ago who put me onto Columbian Supremo. I regularly try other roasts, but this really suits my tastes and it's only 2.99 for 227g, so for me it's hard to beat. Has to be whole bean though.
