It looks like you get way more crema using one of these. However, I believe you get way more aeration as after the shot is poured you are left with around the same amount of crema after you let it settle.
A late Xmas pressies from my brother. Who owns the same Rocket machine as me pretty much.
These things looks way cooler pouring a shot.

yeah they are cool. i found the non pressurised the best compromise as not all machines can take one. ones ive seen have been 58mm

The Rocket coffee machine sure looks cool. Saw one at the london coffee festival. Can you post a pic of yours Justin just to get me salivating.
