To confuse things more, I think the ECM are designed in Germany and made in Milan.
Either way, they are all good machines, but things like the stainless boilers swung it for me.

So right, Marco. Eye-opening, for sure, to have (finally) tasted milk the way it should be. This will be for weekends only, though, as it costs 4 times more than regular milk
But...my wife is friends with a few local dairy farmers in the area (long time team mates in a sports club here), and she is going to ask if they'd be willing to let us have some). Hope this works out.
