    V60 with M&S Italian beans. My favourite way for a long coffee, with cold full fat milk.

    Yes a very different flavour profile to machine coffee. Smoother, and allows some more subtleness / bean notes through due to lower bitterness. This is why a lot of roasters and enthusiasts test beans with a V60, no ‘machine taste’.

    I do love a good Espresso or Cortado through, where a quality machine is essential.
