Excellent album, Adam. I am a big fan of Henderson. He has an very forward, assertive style at times, and then plays the most sublime ballads. Great talent. If you haven't heard it, check out his Lush Life album, on which he plays the music of Billy Strayhorn. Also excellent, and one of my favourites.

He made them in the early 90's... Not even sure there is a vinyl cut of Lush Life, Joe Henderson. Can't see one in the discog's thingy
