Not strictly Jazz but seemed the best place for it, this is a very good listen, I remember seeing the film when it first was released.

George Gershwin / New York Philharmonic* ‎– Music From The Woody Allen Film "Manhattan"
    Label: CBS ‎– CBS 73875
Format: Vinyl, LP, Album, Promo, White Label
    Country: UK
    Released: 1979
Genre: Jazz, Classical, Stage & Screen
    Style: Soundtrack

Listening is the act of aural discrimination and dissemination of sound, and accepting you get it wrong sometimes.

Analog Inputs: Pro-Ject Signature 10 TT & arm, Benz Micro LP-S, Michel Cusis MC, Goldring 2500 and Ortofon Rondo Blue cartridges, Hitachi FT5500 mk2 Tuner

Digital:- Marantz SA-KI Pearl CD player, RaspberryPi/HifiBerry Digi+ Pro, Buffalo NAS Drive

Amplification:- AudioValve Sunilda phono stage, Krell KSP-7B pre-amp, Krell KSA-80 power amp

Output: Wilson Benesch Vector speakers, KLH Ultimate One Headphones

Cables: Tellurium Q Ultra Black II RCA & Chord Epic 2 RCA, various speaker leads, & links

I think I am nearing audio nirvana, but don’t tell anyone.

Gregory Porter - 'Take Me to the Alley'

Not quite sure about this one. I like Porter's voice, but on this album he sounds a like an average 'torch singer'.

Yeah, I prefer him doing Nat King Cole...

Anyway, last one before bed. This is rather more modern/contemporary, and very well done. Just the ticket for chilling out to before bo-bos:

Couldn't get on with Gregory Porter doing Nat King Cole, not his voice or performance, the arrangements were just weird.

Yeah I've the nkc one on cd. It's quite good although I agree the arrangements are a bit drab as is the presentation . Nat would have turned in his grave.
Great voice, but maybe more suited to operatic styles
