I've noticed there have been no police to be seen for the last few days. All seconded to nearby forces on royal related duties I expect, we're within ten miles of Windsor and Westminster. You don't see that many police cars, but you do see a few, there are none about now.

Remind me to never buy Dormeo products. The verbal battering they give you in their TV adverts is ridiculous!

Speaking of alternative methods to take vitamins I've just had a thought. They do the pill in slow release implants that last a few years. The government could introduce mandatory multivitamin implants to keep people healthy and save the NHS money. They could do them to children at school that way children would get their vitamins even if they had neglectful parents.

The company getting the contract would do ok too. I'm wonder if Matt Hancock's pub landlord knows anything about multivitamins...

    That's right.

I think they must rely on impulse buyers, nobody researching the pros and cons is likely to buy one I think. The product looks gimmicky to me.

If popping a pill seems too easy a way to good health, that's because it probably is. The efficacy of vit D pills has been brought into question, even when levels in the body appear normal, it seems the natural production of vit D itself only brings real benefits.
