I was watching our own child Boris today.

Pretty safe pair of hands at Cricket. Rubbish on Science. And unwelcomed by Wee Nicola, who considered his journey innessential.

Ah well, whatever made him give it a go, I admire his courage.

BTW, an interesting fact established on R5L today. How fast would an Ostrich run the London Marathon. Answer: 45 minutes. Make of it what you will.

Lockdown job. Dig out every remote control in the house (there are many) and put new batteries in those that are in regular use! Bin batteries in any not in immediate use.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

This concerning the trans issue - pure gold - ‘enquiry in general, and especially about politically explosive subjects, should aim to conform our beliefs to reality, not to invent a reality that conforms to our beliefs’.

I think Mike may be talking about trams, and Brighton & Hove City Council's reluctance to invest, saying they're expensive and a danger to public safety. Hardly call it politically explosive though. We have trams in Blackpool, and I conform to the belief that they're great
