I see Boris has written to us all. Lovely, another piece of potentially contaminated crap coming through the letter box!
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Hell have wrote the initial letter to be printed off thats it..
Big delivery of provisions due this afternoon from Tesco. I'll have to work out where to put it all as space is tight, the contents of freezers will need a re-think. I'm hoping everything I ordered turns up. Care will be taken handling it.

'Just watching 'Thunderball' for the millionth time. Bond on the spine-stretching machine. Why does it have a speed setting that is so fast it will kill a man? Why would the manufacturer design that in? Why not just have a top speed that's safe? The indicator dial even has a red section so you know when you've turned it up to danger.
What's the sales pitch for this thing? 'Yes sir this would be an ideal accessory for your health spa, and what's more you can set it so it kills people. There's no safeguards, you simply ratchet it up with this handle just like this. You see the needle going into the red zone on the large chromium plated display here sir? That's there so you can be sure it's going at a lethal speed.'
'Yes sir, very simple, no safeguards, anyone could just wander in and do it. Even kids messing around. And of course the person on the rack can't stop them as he's strapped down. Yes, it'll rip a man apart. Why does it need to be able to go at a lethal speed? Well, I don't know. I just sell them sir, I don't design them. What's that sir? Lawsuits? No, not so far sir, not as far as I know.'
