Absolutely but just don't know why I've always hankered after one...

Hope I don't fall out of it though...

Me too Martin but luckily Colin has a garden so that's where the hammock will be..

I was only kidding. I've had houses with gardens and its a pain in the ass. Not just that but the neighbours have gardens too and wake you up mowing their lawns when you're trying to have a kip in at the weekend.

Colin's garden is low maintenance, he's just had half of it decked and the rest is stones and/or concrete so no lawn... personally I'd have a bit of lawn and borders but he's no gardener, well I'm not such a gardener myself as most plants don't seem to like me for some reason... I've just got large tubs now and the flowers are doing ok at the moment

This is the hammock... It has spreader bars so you don't get kinda 'squashed' in it...

The main garden-based menace this time of year is barbecues; the noise, the smell, the people. Fortunately the wet weather has kept this nuisance to a minimum, so far.

Lol - well that's the fault of the rowdy bastards having them, and their arrogant lack of consideration for others! We have outdoor barbecues all the time and bother no-one with any noise

At what time were they mowing their lawns? If it was at an unreasonable hour, say before 9am or after 9pm, during the summer months (at weekends or otherwise), then that's inconsiderate. However, if it was during those times, then I'd suggest it was YOU who was being rather selfish and inconsiderate of their need to do what they need to do, as well as you...

At the end of the day, it's about appreciating that others sharing the same space are entitled to live there too, and for all to show due consideration for everyone's right to live in that shared space, as peacefully as possible
