We had a quiz at work about the history of the 'Children In Need' telethon. I've never ever seen it. There were only 7 entries and I still came last. Most of the answers were people I'd never heard of.

Well that post was a waste of time - Mrs. Pony bottled it, saying she was too tired to be bothered, so we didn't go. I think she just didn't want me to embarrass her.
Anyway, the questions were all Christmas related, so I know it would have been bad.

There seem to be a lot of young women about named 'Skylar' these days. What I want to know, is why they keep leaving the 'K' off the end?

I remember Eric Idle being unable to say the letter "C", but he was ok with "K". (Khaki, kettle, Kipling, Kuwait, King's Bollege Bambridge).

£76 million lottery winner only discovered his winning ticket six weeks after the draw - he must be really gutted about missing the Black Friday sales

Not only that but he's let everyone know he's won. If he was a mate of mine I'd be expecting a Ferrari as an xmas present. At the very least.

If it was me winning £76 million, I'd keep very quiet about it.
