Recently Anita has been having some pain in her back, which is worse as she breathes in. She went to her doctor who sent her for an x ray. This showed something "unusual" in her chest, so she was then sent for a CT scan. Which she went for yesterday. Actually two scans, one was preceded by some intravenous stuff which I assume was for contrast. Then she had to wait to hear back about the results.

Now, 24 hours later she gets a call from her GP, who informs her that she has two broken ribs! Obviously she's relieved, the news could have been so much worse. But she has no idea how this happened. Women are tough.

I love Hendrix for so many reasons. He was so much more than just a blues guitarist - he played damn well any kind of guitar he wanted. In fact I'm not sure if he even played the guitar - he played music. - Stevie Ray Vaughan

Yeah, no more flying body-slams from the top of the wardrobe. It's getting harder to lift her up there anyway.

Ha! I think "disappointing" might be a better adjective (or is that an adverb?) These days the little blue pill is only handy for keeping me from rolling out of bed

As the great philosopher Fred Wedlock said "It takes all night to do what you used to do all night".
