    I've been fettling one of the bicycles and as it's a nice evening I took it out for a brief shakedown ride. I did less than a mile, but all seems well, just a bit of gear cable adjusting needed to clean up the changes. First time I've used one for a couple of years, surprised I didn't start puffing .
    It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

    Nothing exciting. Apollo Vortice, rides well enough and was cheap enough too. Got a Raleigh and Gary Fisher as well. At my age I just potter about on them.
