I once shared a phone number (barring one digit) with a local taxi firm.

Well my rude awakening response of "Sorry wrong number" soon turned to "Be right with you"

Just be thankful you didn't share one with a gay male-sex line

However, if you have a high-pitched voice, sharing one with a female bi/and or lesbian one could be interesting....Somehow I could see you as a 'Babs'

Has anyone noticed that 13th September is a Friday?

Interesting this as it was exactly 20 years previously, Friday 13th September 1999, that the Moon was blasted out of earth's orbit by a freak nuclear explosion.

Not quite, communal area behind flats round the corner from me although I used to have a flat in that block.

Having a builder in to convert the old boiler cupboard into a wine store. I've just had to remove about 1,000 CDs which were stored there.

Jolly good, old chap. It's a terrible fiddle, isn't it, when one has more Claret than one knows what to do with...

Well actually it will be more of a place to store wine, rather than a wine 'cellar'. The temperature will be more even and stable. I only have about a maximum of 80 bottles at any one time, so there will still be plenty of room for the CDs (once I have put up some shelves for them).
