That was the point of the concept of 'Mutually Assured Destruction' - that it would prevent a nuclear war. But it only takes one nuclear power to mis-understand the word "mutual" and dismiss the concept for it to fail.

Now Biden's warning of Armageddon, he should retire, honestly, he gave a speech the other day, saying "two very important words" (or words to that effect), "made in America"!
