Well it's that time of year again, where the queen wasps are looking for a home. There were three sniffing round the front door yesterday, and all three met their end thanks to my most expensive fly swatter (this month's 'Which' magazine).
I ended up with two nests outside the front of the house last year (although I managed to kill one off with some Nippon nest destroyer), and I'm not putting up with that again. I saw a queen go into the same place yesterday as was used last year, and I didn't see it come back out. Didn't know they re-used nests.
