I had the notorious Honda VF750 FD, the one with the self destruct cam chain tensioners. It had a 16 inch front wheel and although it took a while to get used to I found the handling was pretty good. I later had a VFR750 with gear driven cams, that was a brilliant bike, good at everything but it did lack the edgy power of the VF.

2 into 1 Geoff and the actual exhaust in this pic was pretty much straight through ......!!!!!
Was forced to change to a more subdued one after complaints for setting off car alarms and frightening OAPs & Children.

On the topic of 70s 2 strokes this is my latest 1/12 scale model, Suzuki GT380 .I had the 550 version , I forgave all it's shortcomings just for the fantastic triple soundtrack.
