    HI Martin,
    Thanks. Sticky back plastic on MDF. It is easier than veneer. When you need a change one can just peel it off easily and try a different one !

    I'm just getting into ribbon speakers again, my last ones were BKS 139s or something like that. These are Jas Audio Orior Grands. Very nice with the ceramic Accuton mid/bass drivers too.

    They are similar to mine, had them a few years and have never grown tired of them. Wished I had gone for the sticky backed plastic though.....

    I used to tell folk that my cafe was really an excuse for me to play music all day! Had a good set-up with big old Heathkit speakers sitting on top of the fridges. Must have turned many folk on to things I played,,plus had great meetings with passing musicians - local stars Stormzy, Mr Dury.....

    Just replaced the 8"mid and tweeter with the Cube Audio FC8 - Single source sound
