They're not ridiculous, about £2,500 new. One would expect a decent quality watch for that though!

Dropped my Paul Picot onto the tiled floor last week 🥲
The back sapphire shattered and fragments entered the automatic movement.

That's annoying. Do you have a good watchmaker?

Yes it’s with him now ( appx £200 ) , Paul Picot quoted £150 for the rear sapphire and £350 for a partial service to remove the glass.

No love for the humble Pagani 'Black Bay' then?

It's a stunning watch for the hundred notes I paid for it - screwed links in a proper five link bracelet, milled clasp & the bezel alignment is bang on, time keeping seems fine with it's ubiquitous Seiko NH35 movement as well. I'm impressed

Got some bits to do in the garden tomorrow (weather permitting) so dug out this old thing to wear

Bracelet sized, nice to see screwed links.

Missed this Roy. Yeah it looks good. A lot of watch

Crikey! £500 for a piece of glass and a partial service (whatever that is?) - that's ridiculous money for that. Glad you have someone decent to hand.

Any chance of a picture of your Rolex Barry? Apologies if you've put one up before, can't recall that you have.
