    That's a nice collection, audio enthusiasts have great taste Speedmasters are a particularly lovely watch.

    I have a Rolex Submariner which I bought in 1970 for the princely sum of 84. I couldn't afford the model with date as that was 96. It now needs a full service which is likely to cost 500 or so. It now resides in my sock drawer.

    I also have an Oris along similar lines to the Submariner but with a date. Around 6 months after I bought this it was running slow, so Oris rebuilt it and it now runs very well, losing just one second/day. A beautiful thing with a crystal back, so you can see the mech.

    A vintage Roamer Stingray automatic. Three vintage Omegas, an automatic Geneve, a Megasonic, and a Quartz De Ville. Two Seikos, a 5 and an Alpinist.

    Fancy Hampden 1920



    Movement from the $35 Elgin(not one above) 1891. started in1888.



    Waltham Appleton Tracy sidewinder with tulip hands 1889



    Quite rare this and very big n heavy...Dueber case still has its watch service papers





    Nice Hamilton Traffic Special. re issued by Hamilton in 1950's



    silver chain has a silver whale with a jonah inside praying(it opens)
    these were originally used by Traffic cops and trolley car conductors

    The submariner would be well worth servicing, that's a whole lot of a watch for 500.

    Thanks. Got quite a few more lying around, including a couple of newer ones and some wristwatches. the son nabbed most of them tho.(wrists)

    they are nice to wear with a nice suit and waistcoat.
