    Default Anyone keen on watches?

Think I would prefer the second hand to be straight; though you could always pretend the watch was a Rolex 'Milgauss'.
'Sterile Dial' and I would much prefer a real Milly but they're about 20 times the price of this 'homage'.

Surprised how much I had missed it and how good it feels to have it back on

Not bad - I quite like it, though I would prefer the quarter hour numerals and the batons to be slightly smaller. Fussy bugger that I am!

Much like the Certina and/or the Seiko in the previous post then?

Yes, provided the style of the font used for the numerals could be kept.

Now that's more my thing Roy.

Tudor used to be a 'poor man's Rolex' - I think they used mechanism from another Swiss manufacturer, but were assembled by Rolex. Are they now separate from Rolex?

    From Wikipedia -

Montres Tudor SA, or simply Tudor, is a Swiss watchmaker based in Geneva, Switzerland. Registered in 1926 by Hans Wilsdorf, founder of Rolex, the brand remains a sister company to Rolex; both companies are owned by the Hans Wilsdorf Foundation.

And yes, they originally used off the shelf movements in Rolex cases.

Been after one of these ‘1926’ models for a while, took a chance buying this two year old example off eBay but, luckily, it’s immaculate.
