Carp is not a common UK dish - I tried it once (baked I recall) and it was horrid - fishy cotton wool - but perhaps fried works better...?

Fried is delicious to my taste at least.
But the majority of this restaurant visitors choose the carp as well. There is a fishpond so the carp is fresh.
And the chips are real and fresh, not frozen. Really tasty.
