Bit heavy/stodgy for me that, Ian. If I'm going to go for a 'heavy' pud, then I prefer a good sticky-toffee pudding (with a blob of salted-caramel ice-cream on top), but only on its own, not after a big meal, otherwise I prefer something lighter. I'm a big fan of a good crème brûlée
