Noticed these on the Aldi web site. Cant make out the Contents spec but the traffic lights look promising. Look a bit like American Fluffy pancackes. Aint worth making for that much

Pancakes.. My mum made her own on a griddle. Just pour flip over and eat.. Delish hot with butter on

4oz Plain Flour
3 eggs
½ Pint of low fat milk (skimmed or semi-skimmed)
Pinch of salt

Mix well with whisk.

Set oven on highest.

Tray with about ½ tsp of Lard in each

Make sure the tray is hot as Hades (smoking hot) before quickly adding pudding mix.
Cook on highest setting for about 30 mins or until done.

Aye. i was very surprised as peeps darn sarf definition of a Yorkshire pudding is usually something that resembles a pancake. Same with the beer flat as a fart
