Incredible looking bread - just AWESOME!!Now this is MUCH better.
700g 00 grade pasta flour. Three tablespoons extra virgin. 7g sea salt. 490g water. Real baker's yeast. One tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds in the dough for a subtle nuttiness - brilliant move.
Plus homemade blueberry jam. 400g blueberries, 240g sugar. Nothing else.
Awesome can't stop eating it and I am not a jam man.
Loaf could have been prettier but hydration was so high I couldn't shape it. More than 490g of water I quoted above which you should use but I was experimenting.

I will say just after I blitzed it, it tasted fab by itself. It lost its way when dumped in with the noodles.

As you'll know yourself though, new recipes don't often come out flawless on the first attempt. They're generally better next time you make them, as you learn how to optimise the combination of ingredients
