    Some nice looking scran being posted here, chaps... Roy-boy, you're a dab hand at that pork belly, top man! And Granty, lovin' the look of yer lamb hotpot

    We've just finished taking down all the indoor Xmas decs, tree and outdoor decs, and tidied up, which took a few hours to do! So now it's time to relax with some beetroot-infused (with a touch of edible gold) smoked Scottish salmon blinis (all sourced from Lidl), topped with crème fraîche and fresh chives:







    Goes lovely with some chilled Prosecco!

    Next up, traditional Hungarian goulash, served with polenta..... Pics to follow!

    Fish is difficult now here. Tesco only sells pre packaged as do many. I try to find the wild stuff even tho it costs the earth. Gonna have to start bulk imports from Alaska I think lol
