Used Red Palm and Rapeseed oil this time. It cooks well without smoke and the nutrients dont get damaged with the heat. It is slightly red but works well. (Airfrying on this machine is fabulous)

Sweet potato come out great. Even baked sweet potato. I have both from time to time, but use a lower temp as they burn easy..
Best potato's I've used are still the Irish redskins. Work very well with a good hi smoke point oil.
