    The occasional comfort food is definitely required these days.

    Ive been trying to be a good boy and go swimming at least three days a week before work to keep things under control though.

    Im in the pool at 6:30am for a 20 minute session that sets me up for the day. Its a lot harder getting up in the dark to do it though.

    used to swim a lot. its good excerise, especially if your limbs aint great. i cant manage changing now so dont go

    Thats a shame. its a bit easier for me as the pool is in the building, I just put trunks and a t-shirt on, get in the lift down to the pool, have a swim, then get back in the lift and get showered/changed back in the flat.
