Not as well presented as I would like (but I'm much more interested in eating, than photographing, food), part of a bucketful of chilli con carne I make from time to time. Steamed basmati rice and a medley of sweet corns, beans, carrot and brocolli.
Lemon curd for dessert.
Washed down with a 2017 Malbec from the Calchaqui Valley, Argentina.

They’re not too sweet really. Actually make a nice breakfast or coffee snack.
These ones are bit drier than the last lot I made so may require ‘pudding mode’ - i.e a bath of accompanying custard.(I am a Northerner after all).

Lol... Enjoy. I like your baking, but if I'm going to have a cake or a bun, I like it with chocolate and/or cream, butter icing or jam - or something like that on it, just to make things more 'interesting'.
Not really into plain sponge-type things with fruit. If I'm going to have a cake or dessert, it has to be killer!And I don't do buns for breakfast. Croissants or pain au chocolat, yes. I am a European after all!
