    Still dairy though Grant; that's no good unfortunately. She can tolerate butter and similar. but milk/cream/yoghurts are no-go unless Almond/Coconut milk based. We don't use anything soya; it's not good for men and women's hormones

    Nice one, mate. And the good thing is, you know exactly what was in it/what you were eating, which isn't the case with ready meals.

    Sorry thought it was lactose intolerance. Might be the amino acid chain 67. Using a2 strain of milk would solve that. You can buy a2 milk.

    Leftovers salad. Bits and bobs in this, roast potato, roast veg, avocado, chilli, corn, pancetta, parmesan shavings and a vinaigrette made with really good olive oil, white wine vinegar and dijon mustard. A drizzle of Valentina hot sauce to give it some heat.
