    not keen on much bechamel. but yes if your pasta is soaked or fresh then you can do it the right way. My food is mongrelized

    was good, and not rare. it was cooked, mostly dry fried, with just a rub of oil and some salt. last minute or so i add a bit of oil and slash the thick bit on both sides. leave for a few mins then eat
