Btw, am I imagining it or are you having your main meal now during the day, as opposed to the evening? If so, keep it up, and just have a lighter snack at night, as it's much healthier/better for you that way
Going to bed on a fairly empty stomach is best. The ideal thing for piling on the pounds, and feeling bloated or sluggish next day, is having big meals late at night [i.e after 9pm], when there's little chance of working it off.
