    Pho but instead of rice noodles, ramen noodles!

    These are very similar to Wagamama noodles. Which is what I was after. Japanese style but made in Aus. I had to order them online.

    This dish was awesome. Forgot the sliced chilli added it afterwards.

    Then you accidentally did it the authentic way.

    Pho should be served with sides of very hot little chopped fresh red chillies, wedge of lime, a handful of beansprouts and a handful of mint or holy basil.

    Wotcha all! Have been a bit preoccupied with house purchases and stuff for the past couple of weeks but have tried lurking when I can.

    Had a craving for something indulgent for brekkie tomorrow so made some Blueberry & Walnut Streusel Muffins.
