Looks quite nice, but WAY too hot for that type of food here... Currently 28C, so it'll be cold meats and salads later, washed down with some ice-cold lager!

Beautiful day here in Wrexham, weather-wise, so enjoyed lunch al fresco.... Pan-fried chicken breast in Marsala wine, wrapped in Parma ham and fresh sage (from our garden), served with button mushrooms and assorted fresh veg [love my greens, especially steamed fresh spinach and asparagus]:

....washed down with a rather fine Côtes du Rhône:

    LIFE is good!
